Brand-new hotel with super-friendly and extremely polite staff. The great and brilliant location for the price, near Queenscliff, main restaurant and the nice golf course...

The cleanliness was amazing; every corner of the accommodation was spotless, providing a refreshing environment that enhanced my overall experience.

One minor downside was the proximity to a major road, which brought a bit of traffic noise.

The breakfast at the restaurant was scrumptious, and I appreciated the hot chocolate and fresh milk in the room. The staff were friendly and attentive, making me feel genuinely welcome.

We'll definitely consider returning when exploring the area again.

The staff was helpful when our TV malfunctioned, offering a room change we declined. But seriously, the black lint from those robes was everywhere. It felt like an unnecessary hassle on top of everything else that went wrong.

the accommodation is super clean and fresh. it's also really close to the highway - which is super handy. the views over the golf course were amazing! the staff were so helpful with arranging a late checkout. the bed felt like a cloud, and the fluffy robe was a nice touch.

What a fantastic stay! The property is brand new, and everything from the lobby to the room was spotlessly clean and super modern. I loved the quiet location, perfect for exploring the Bellarine Peninsula wineries. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and I really enjoyed my morning coffee on the balcony with stunning views over the golf course and bay! Only a couple of minor issues. I got a bit lost finding parking at night, so a map would help.
